OUR WARRANTY

Pink Boots Custom Builders offers a comprehensive 1/2/6  warranty program secured and underwritten by a Home Owners Warranty policy for newly constructed homes and structural renovations. 

 

Our program represents one year maintenance warranty on cosmetic home items, up to two years warranty on mechanical and electrical equipment (subject to Manufacturer’s Warranty) and six years of structural warranty.
